We only stayed for 1 night but we enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The hotel staff is very friendly; wherever you turn, there is a staff member to greet you and share a friendly smile. The registration process is simple. My fiancé left his jacket in one of the hotel rooms but the team was very helpful in helping us find it and retrieve it so we could get it from the property before we left town. We are very grateful to the staff who worked there over the weekend of September 16th & 17th. This place is highly recommended for good business service and the overall location, cleanliness and service they provide.

The exterior of the house and corridors are strange but the rooms are clean and beautiful, just like the pictures I saw online. My coworkers didn’t like the place and they didn’t feel safe in their rooms, but I didn’t feel the same way.

I stayed for 3 nights, on the 3rd day, my door didn’t close properly after cleaning the hotel, I left the hotel early in the morning & returned to the hotel at 9pm, didn’t finish. On the second day, the hotel did not clean my room, toilet, everything except folding the bed. Overall, the experience of staying at this hotel was not pleasant.

Our stay here was amazing. Indoor/outdoor pool, nice restaurant and Starbucks on site (just walk down the hall at the adjacent Sheraton hotel) Clean and comfortable beds/pillows. New room.

The room door is not locked without any weight, breakfast is not included in the room price. We checked online and chose an arrival time of 2-4pm. When we arrived at 2:30pm, we were told that our actual arrival time was scheduled for 3:00pm and that we would have to wait 40 minutes for our room to be ready.

August 4/23..3pm I arrived at 3:20…had to wait 45 minutes to get into my room. I brought a dog… we sat in the waiting room. Have 2 bottles of water just in case! Oh, there’s leftover food under the bed! The next morning the desk clerk sent me a message saying he would email me when I received it. There isn’t anything. I have a $25 charge on my credit card…not sure why…no receipt. Been on the phone for 2 hours, trying to talk to someone today…on hold for 1/2. Calls were not returned by Mitchell…his manager. I lost $350.00.

I’m from the Grand Lodge of Canada. Because I missed the booking date with them so I had to book through Expedia. I encountered a problem during the registration process. Pranay was very helpful at the desk. He went above and beyond to help me with my order. There were a lot of people in the lobby watching and I noticed that he was the only one working the desk taking care of everything. I was impressed with the way this young man treated everyone. For work, I have to travel and stay in many hotels. This is my best experience. Cheers

There is no access to the main lobby; we have to go through the side door. We booked a room with a kitchen, but after checking it turned out there was no kitchen on the floor with lift access. The first manager did his best to find a room on the main floor, but the kitchen was not available as planned, making our visit even more difficult as I recovered from surgery and food options were limited. Additionally, my husband had to talk to management to bring me a breakfast bar in the room. It’s sad when we don’t need problems. Despite the manager’s best efforts to find another room, we were not identified as Best Western Rewards members and were not addressed by name. However the rooms are comfortable and clean until now.

How this hotel got a four star rating is beyond me. We stayed here for 6 nights this June 2023, Even though we checked and confirmed and booked twice with them, they didn’t have our reservation and it was booked out from the start. We showed the confirmation email sent by the HQ team and the staff informed us. it’s “our problem” not theirs.. This is not good.. They kept knocking on our door asking when we could leave and checking when it was 2 days booked. We were forced to go to Corporate and they apologized and admitted it was their problem. problem. “Sure, we know that” Another problem is the condition of the rooms and the hotel itself. Our ceiling is black. There are two luggage racks in the lobby so check in and check out. We will not stay here again.. We will probably stay in the same complex at the Sheraton.. not here..

This is a very good hotel. The service is affiliated and shared with Sheraton. My husband checked out the service but didn’t have time to use it. The room was clean and well equipped. We have a small backyard that we don’t use. Two queen beds, a microwave, and a refrigerator gave us everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. Housekeeping came every second day and refilled our towels etc. We stayed for 7 days so this was perfect for us. It works fast and well. We had a problem with our key after a few days but a quick visit to the front desk resolved it. Amenities include an outdoor pool, a game room with snacks and a bar, a racquetball court, a weight room and a meeting room. I don’t know if there is any additional cost to use this. The location was a bit far from all the tourist attractions we wanted to see but we had to stay in the city center to be close. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. This hotel is right next to the Sheratin Convention Hotel and Convention center where I attended a convention. Of course I entered the hotel because the room was very far away.

The staff are very helpful and attentive. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The temperature was a bit warm, and we couldn’t cool our room, but it was very quiet at night and we slept well. The pool is clean and nice, and the staff are friendly

We had to take our refrigerator out, replace it three times, and the last two times the refrigerator was not checked before it was brought to our room. All vehicles were confiscated. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and on the day we left, we checked under the bed to make sure nothing had been forgotten, only to find that the bed was broken. When we arrived, one of the blankets had a stain, but my daughter had brought her own clothes, so we just took the blanket off the bed.
